Hello to you all, it has been a long time! I haven't really played any mmorpgs since EQ. I do have a level 60 character on WoW, but I owe most of that to my brother Vanraw, I think I have 10 days played in like the 3 or 4 years I have had my WoW account. What do you guys all think about Vanguard? I keep hearing different things from people, some like it some don't. I'm trying to figure out which mmorpg, if any, I should start playing so any insight would be great!
Even though I haven't played Vanguard I can still assume a few things to be true.
1. Tipp is fat.
2. Tipp enjoys pvping while drinking bourbon and listening to his Winger mix tapes.
3. Isys is the guild twink.
4. Iayla is cRaZy.

You have one thing wrong Ulfen. No more bourbon. Tipp is a Vodka man now!
Good seeing you man.
Nice to see you Mr Necro.
Vanguard is a great game if you have patience and an above average computer. If you want level 50 in 2 weeks or want to coast your way through levels then it is not the game for you. The leveling is similar to EQ1 so you know what I mean. Things are always improving and the future, in my opinion, looks good. There are some great features not seen in other games I have played.
Also, we have some of the original XK back all playing under the name once again. You and Iayla should pick the game up. It would be great to see you pecks back in guild chat. Iayla would be in heaven because there is some serious ganking going on.

Whats up Ulfen, I remember you invited my first EQ character to MoD because i saved your alts life at the newb log! <3
I've had a lot of fun with Vanguard, and I haven't even messed with the crafting aspect of the game. There's lots of quests which give you great xp and good rewards. Just trying my best to get lvls and finish quests I can afford to keep myself in nice gear, and I can get great xp with a group or pretty damn good xp solo. Once you really figure out how to play your class in pvp it can be a lot of fun, they still have some balancing to do for sure, but it's not like it's completely broken. Most of all though I think the game has a lot of potential, as long as they continue to produce more content, the game is set up in a way that it might end up being a really great game.
