Apparently, Nvidia and ATI had gathered together and agreed upon when video cards should be released and at what price points. This was before the Nvidia 8800 series, btw.

There were subpeonas filed in late 2006, so the price fixing is from before that time. I wonder if it will mean anything for consumers in the future.
