ya still finding it hard to believe its coming end of 08, but signed up for beta... game looks bad ass
I wouldnt be surprised at all. They've already stated beta will be VERY short. The game will be finished before anyone sets foot in beta. The devs know that people mainly use beta to get a head start on the competition in the game.
4 months to release the game.
2 - 4 weeks until beta starts
1 - 2 months of closed beta
2 weeks to a month of open beta
release.
this is my guess.
No levels, no classes, collision detection, aimed attacks, no safe zones, FREE FOR ALL AND FULL ITEM LOOT!
A pvper could not ask for more.

no classes will keep it fresh so everyone isnt the same cookie cutter toon like warcraft.

Mortal Online looks better, I'm gonna sign up for beta and give this a whirl still, I've been following Darkfall for quite a while, never thought I'd see it hit beta.

I know another group that signed up as guild 4 years ago - They are no longer listed, so you might want to do it again.
I signed up for the beta also, but it doesn't matter. I never get in. I'm like the dog-faced girl shunned by both dogs and girls. I won a dollar on a scratcher once, but that doesnt count, because it costed a dollar.
Whats Mortal Online?
Now Mortal Kombat Online...hmm...I could do that...FATALITY!

theres like no info on mortal online ! all it says its a first person mmo , here is a cg trailer lol ... they've only announced 1 race so far ? /shrug I've head very little about this game though it is based off the unreal 3 engine which is pretty dope.
Mebble, brain the size of a pebble, Darkfall isn't vaporware. A pubisher is already lined up, millions of dollars in loans taken out, beta is starting soon, release is announced for 2008, what the fuck more do you want?
This game has the potential to be the next "Everquest" in the sense that it can be played and enjoyed for years to come.

Mug, mebble cannot respond in any format longer than a one-liner finished with an exclamation.
I tell you this so you won't be disappointed.

I want you to get off your knees, and wipe darkfall's cum off your lips.
The game has three months if it's going to come out in 2008, not to mention with no beta so far, and it has to compete with warhammer and wotlk...!

The problem with MMO's is that there are too many on todays market.
Back in the day when the main choices were limited to only UO, EQ, or Shadowbane was good times!
