Hello old friends from Vallon!

We have lost a lot of our active player base in the past few months and realize its time to merge with another guild('s) so those of us remaining can enjoy our time online. Nothing would make us happier than fighting along side many old friends from Vallon Zek. We have a handful of people from Iron Tower, Defiant and others from Vallon. We hope that post merge we will see a surge in active players once they hear we have new friends to group with.

I understand there are several mergers in the works and the name Xanit K'ven will be kept. That makes us all very happy as its a name we remember from our time on Vallon.

You can review our roster at www.iron-tower.com. We have several active names you may remember: Wilor from IT, Lalaith from IT/Defiant, Silense, Noggins & Duko from Defiant and lots of others who aren't as active but we hope will begin playing more post merge.

We are just looking for a home, and asking that you allow some of our folks to be casual and join the guild even if they are lower level. We have only accepted lower level folks if they were originally from Vallon Zek or were RL family from VZ. I'm interested in an officer position but its not a requirement and I'm more interested in a home for our folks & myself where we have friends to group with.

We are always interested in friends from VZ but right now we are in the middle of reorganizing the entire guild. Last week we added some great players from the Black Hearts guild and as we discussed, on the day of the server merge, the Ascendancy guild will be merging with us. Considerable changes in the leadership will be taking place as well. We are going from three active officers to ten. Each one of them has an opinion and I am sure suggestions on our overall recruitment/direction.

I think it is in everyone’s best interest to wait until the dust settles, XK stabilizes and adapts to the changes before considering adding another group to our ranks. Until then, I am sure a non KOS agreement can be arranged.

Long time no see Falkonn, Personally I wouldn't mind IT being in a merge.. I think honorable VZ players need to stick together, if the scum on tharridon is any indication. Just my opinion. Lots of old faces.. Perhaps with all of us on the same server the game will get better as a side effect.

I tried playing Vanguard with Falk (we kapwned some crafters :eek:) but it felt alot like SWG after everyone left... lots of open space and boredom

I'm playing Bioshock right now, that game is bad ass, best FPS I've ever played

But with a real job, two soccer teams, coaching and surfing, eh, no time for vanguard

Maybe once the weather gets shitty ill come make you all power level me
